This is the last day of the 12 Days of Creepmas 2014, organized, hosted and sponsored by the incredible ladies at Smeared and Smudged! You can see all the details HERE at Terra's blog. Then please do hop over and check out the Smeared Ink shop, it is packed with must-haves!
The Jolly Blogger Hop roll is there to the right if you get lost along the way.
This twelfth day is also a Smeared Ink day in which we bloggers are challenged to use Smeared Ink images, rubber or digital.
And, here we go!
I found a small real life "tree" at the dollar store the other day. It is an evergreen, I think it is a Juniper, it smells wonderful. The cutting looks like a small Christmas tree. So of course, what could I possibly decorate it with??? Grumpie ornaments!
Excuse the harsh flash picture, I wanted a brighter photo of the cutie Grumpies :)
Lastly, a simple sentiment card!
The Steampunk Reindeer is also Smeared Ink like the Grumpie. I colored the reindeer then scanned him into the PC. I added the text digitally. The blue background I layered from photos my son took of the Grumpie tree, playing with long exposures.
I hope this made you smile! I had a blast with Creepmas though it seemed a bit more crazy that 31 Days of Halloween. Just the Season I suppose!
Season's Creepings, may all your dark art shine on into 2015 and beyond!
I thank you truly for all your awesome visits and kind words along the way and sharing your precious time to follow all of the bloggers on this amazing journey!

Today I colored a wicked image by Rick St. Dennis, Creepmas Tree Monster. You can see it HERE at his Zibbet shop.
"The Spirit of Bahhh Humbugg", subtitled "Don't look for the guy in the red suit. I ate him!"
I colored this wicked tree then scanned it. I layered the image in Photoshop Elements onto a background I made with free use images from Pixabay.
Bring on the Grumpies, get ready for the last day, Day 12 of Creepmas 2014, on December 23, 2014
So happy the weekend is almost here, how about you?

Really hoping you make a bit of time for yourself and craft something wonderful to share!
I made the setting Winter and moody, hope you like it!
To keep the darker feel, I used gray markers and Black Soot Distress Ink. To add the winter sparkle I used foil on her wings and the mystical tree on each side of her.
I used a Perfect Medium bullet point pen to draw onto the paper, then applied Ranger Sticky embossing powder. This powder is lots of fun, and the foil technique is the one I learned and used HERE on my tag for Tim Holtz' 12 Tags of 2014 Challenge.
I took several photos, rotating the canvas to show the sparkle:)
Please click the pictures if you'd like to see them bigger!

Wicked Wednesday! Day 9 of 12 Days of Creepmas! The end is closer and closer and I am stilllllll not ready...... If you have been following along you know this is the fun creepy alternative take on 12 Days of Christmas. If you follow along on the Jolly Blogger Hop on the sidebar, I am 100% sure you will see the season a tad differently! See all the creepy holiday wonderfulness along this Hop organized by Smeared and Smudged. You can find the specific details HERE at Terra's Blog. The Jolly Blogger Hop list is there on the side. Today is also a Smeared Ink day, where Jolly Bloggers are challenged to use a Smeared Ink stamp, rubber or digi.
And in the truest spirit of this day, a creepy, not really, skull ornament! I used the Emerging digital stamp from Smeared Ink, that was given to the Wicked Bloggers from 31 Days of Halloween 2014, thanks so much!! Please click the photos to see a bigger version:)
I printed the image on Core'dinations card stock. It is colored with Distress Ink Vintage Photo and a water brush.
The green foliage I used Bic Mark It pens.
The substrate is chipboard. I die cut it with the Tim Holtz mini cabinet card die. I inked it with Distress Ink Barn Door. Then I used the Holtz Harlequin stencil and black embossing powder, I love the diamonds :)
I edged the cabinet card with Distress Ink Black Soot. The black lace hanger is nylon hem tape from the sewing department at Wal-Mart. I like to save pennies where I can so I can buy the good stuff like dies and stencils :)
Monday Monday Day 8 of 12 Days of Creepmas! The end is near..... I made an ornament for this day. Hope you like it! Please click the photos to see a bigger version:) Witching Hour and ever Mindful the days of the Year are ticking by....
2014 is soon to be history...
I just really wanted to play with some paperclay and stamping ever since I saw Black Dragon's masterpieces of stamped clay art! You can see a recent example HERE.
I used my (only) skull stamp inked with Archival Ink and pressed it into the paperclay. I pressed firmly down to get the ink to show in all the wonderful details in this stamp. This stamp is the same one I used HERE. It is Inkadinkado Nevermore.
I inked the edges with a water brush and Distress Ink Antique Linen and Vintage Photo. I discovered that you should not get paperclay too wet with anything, it gets mushy, d'uh! But if you go easy and let the inks dry in between layers it is much better. But it is so hard to wait I know.....
The pocket watch die cut was painted in Black Soot and embossed with Ranger Verdigris powder. I inked the edges on both sides with Archival Ink Jet Black. Then for some shine I added UTEE all around the edges.
Thank you kindly for all your wonderful comments and words of support!
The week is ending or is it beginning? It is all good!
Yay! I am current with the APC Challenge! We are in week 13, half -way to 26! I love this challenge, such a fun format to play along with! You can see all the details at Claudine's blog HERE or click the Altered Playing Card Challenge button on my sidebar:) And don't worry, you can play anytime, join us, make it a new New Years Resolution that is fun!
The theme is Bees! Such a fun theme, I really enjoyed this nice change of pace this week!
Warning! Picture heavy, told ya I had fun with this one:)
Please click each image to see it bigger.
I coated each playing card with white gesso. Then I used Distress Paint on top for the yellow and brown.
The bee is made from a Mod Podge melt and mold. I painted it with regular acrylic paint. The mesh stamp is Unity, Chicken Wire, kinda close to a honeycomb shape:)
The trellis die cut is Tim Holtz Alterations cut from Tim Holtz paper. The sentiment is also TH Remnant Rubs.
The sunflower embellie is also a Mod Podge melt and mold.
The stencil is the Tim Holtz Honeycomb. the tiny bee is a mini TH stamp, too.
I think that is about it, please let me know if you have any questions at all!
When Santa is very busy as he is at this time of year, he tends to lose an Elf or two. This one is clearly up to no good. I think he is making Creepmas toys, what do you think? Or he could be doing crazy mad scientist experiments.....that is more likely now that I think about it!
Let me know what you think, I truly love reading your comments, makes my day!
I have some fun things for you today, at least I hope you think it is fun!
Today starts a new Challenge at Left of Center, LOC, where you are always free to express your alternate side or stay super cute, your choice! This is Challenge #58, Anything Goes or Darkness with Dilly Beans!
Our wonderful sponsor is Dilly Beans! If you have never seen Megan's art, please check out her shop, she has so many fun images to create with! You can see her shop HERE.
Also, this week the Dilly Beans Blog Challenge Theme is Winter Holidays, so many ways to play and share your art this week!
The leaves and sentiment are Newton's Nook Falling into Autumn set. I love the wonderful smooth flow of these stamp shapes. The main image stamp maker I do not know. I found the stamp in a grab bag at a thrift shop. It is so gorgeous, I could not wait to use it this season:)
I like to change the angles so the light reveals the images differently. I used Archival Inks for stamping onto manilla stock and white Core'dinations.
It is Day 6 for the 2014 12 Days of Creepmas presented by Smeared and Smudged. For details and rules and such, written more coherently than I can do at the moment, please hop over to our dear hostess Terra's blog HERE. Warning! Only a small amount of physical inkyness occurred during the production of this hybrid page!
It is Day 5 for the 2014 12 Days of Creepmas presented by Smeared and Smudged. For details and rules and such, written more eloquently than I can do, please hop over to our dear hostess Terra's blog HERE. Today's project features digtal stamps by Rick St. Dennis, Creepmas Girl and Smeared Ink, Steampunk Christmas.
I printed all images onto Core'dinations card stock with an inkjet printer. My markers are Sharpies, Bic Mark It and Infinity.
I used Tim Holtz stencils and embossing ink for the harlequin diamonds and dot patterns and black embossing powder. The red is Distress Ink.
The Christmas trees is torn from an ad in a magazine :) The sentiment I created in Photoshop Elements.
It is Day 4 for the 2014 12 Days of Creepmas presented by Smeared and Smudged. Today is also a Smeared Ink day, meaning Jolly Bloggers are asked to use stamps, rubber or digi by Smeared Ink. For details written more eloquently than I can do, please hop over to our dear hostess Terra's blog HERE.
I am also sharing this with Smudgy Antics Anything Goes Challenge this month. See the creepyness HERE.
For my Silent Night canvas I used Smeared Ink's, The Bah Humbug Tree, the Calaveras Altar Candle and a background paper by Delicious Darkness.
I printed the stamp onto white Core'dinations card stock using my inkjet printer. The sentiment I created inside Photoshop Elements.
The images were colored with Sharpie Markers, Bic Mark Its and Infinity Permanent Markers. I really like these economical markers and there is no smearing or bleeding for me using this cardstock.
The edges of the print was toned with Black Soot Distress Ink. I used Black Soot and Antique Linen on the sentiment tag. The splatters are Distress Ink and Paint.
The cardboard substrate started as a spraying base scrap. I am very messy with spray inks, they get everywhere lol. This one I liked how the layers came up on it so I used it as my substrate.
Thanks so much for looking! When you can hop over to Smeared Ink to see all the wonderful new additions to the available stamps, so creepy good!
Don't forget, use a Smeared Ink stamp and link your creation to Smudgy Antics Anything Goes Challenge this month!

The background has a stencil embossed layer and some stamp embossing too. The background is colored up with Distress Inks and Stains. The O Holy Night sentiment is Momenta. The black floral ornament up top is from the Old Design Shop. The Holly Bells is from Gecko Galz.

The skele and skull is a Delicious Darkness digital stamp, Cranium Caresses. Stamps are available for sale there until December 31, 2014. Many of them are now for sale at Smeared Ink. I am not sure if this image is at Smeared Ink. The background is a Smeared Ink Digital Paper. I added color with Distress Inks and a water brush.
Be careful what you ask Santa for this year....you may have to wait a .....v e r y long time.
