Left of Center DT~New Challenge #67~ Sami Stamps~Spider

Hello Hello!

Ready for a creepy crawly day? Yay!

Today starts the newest challenge at Left of Center! This is my DT make for Challenge #67 with our awesome sponsor, Sami Stamps! The optional theme this fortnight is Spiders, have fun! Remember you can always follow the suggested theme or just let your darker side have a play! We love to see your art and we welcome digital/hybrid makes, too!

Please be sure to pop over to the LOC Challenge page to see all the wonderful inspiration and fantastic art by my fellow DTs.

I was given the digital stamp, "You and Me" by Sami Stamps for this challenge. You can visit Sami Stamps HERE

Please click each image to make it bigger.

This make is a bigger size, for me, it is 9 inches by 12 inches. With digital stamps, I like a bigger image, for me it is easier to color!

I colored the sweet image with my Bics and Sharpies. I added some detail with ball point colored pens.

I added lots of layers on top of a gesso'd background. I used Folk Art acrylic paint and Dylusions Spray Inks. The bubble flowers are aluminum tape, embossed, die cut and painted with Black Soot Distress Paint.

Thanks so much for looking! Love to hear what you think about this project!

Looking forward to seeing your art at LOC this fortnight!

~hugs~
