APCC Week 12~Day 7 12 Days of Christmas Unruly PaperArts Link Party and Altered Playing Card Challenge

Wow Sunday!

Where is the time going? Crazy crazy! If you are looking for my 12 Days of Creepmas, please scroll down or click HERE :)

Today I caught up on the Altered Playing Card Challenge hosted by the lovely Claudine Criner. This is a great challenge and you can find all the cool details HERE

My take on the Week 12 is here. I went with affirmations and reminders to hold close in this hectic Holiday Season.

I am also playing along with Unruly PaperArts 12 Days of Christmas Link Party, this is Day 7 and this is what was on my desk this day:)

Both of these challenges can be joined by anyone at any point, so I hope you can take a look and have some fun!

Altered Playing Cards are so fun, they are small and fun to work with. They are the standard playing card size.

I used paper and tissue paper for the background and Unity Stamps.

This background was a scrap that I was playing with, just a technique playtime. I liked it and decided it worked for me today:)

Happy Holidays!

  1. Really loving both of your cards. The one with the angel is beautiful!

  2. Kim, your cards are gorgeous. Such a fun project. Happy Holidays!

  3. What a fabulous idea to alter playing cards. Love it!!

  4. Great APC's Kim, I so have to catch up on playing along with them, Both Cards are lovely and perfect for Christmas and I really love the angel on your second card. Happy 12 Days of Christmas! Danie xx

  5. I've never used playing cards in this way Kim but now that I've seen your lovely makes I just might need to get inky too!
